The 3.3 borosilicate glass used in these beakers is the most inert glass available, meeting ASTM Specification E960, Type I requirements. The 125mm x 3mm glass stirring rod is made of soft flint glass, with fire-polished and rounded ends. The 70mm watch glass is also made of flint glass, providing reliable performance.
